Black and white photograph located on page 105 of the 1939 issue of The Battlefield. The photograph is tilted to the side and below it is written: "This Spring, even more than in previous years, the bridle path has called alluringly to all lovers of horseback riding. Daily, there is a score or more enthusiasts following the trail and sensing the thrill that comes with the fine understanding between horse and rider. True there at the spills for both novice and experienced riders at times, but they are more than compensated as they canter along rhythmically with heaven overhead and the woodlands round about. Now there's your comradeship, incomparable!"
